FITLIFE is all about supporting you in building your personal wellness through Fitness, Accountability, Nutritional health, and Community support! By providing the most comprehensive training tools in health and wellness, our licensed coaches are here to champion each client to reach their own FITLIFE potential!
At FITLIFE we also offer two types of Industry Approved Assessments. The first is a Standard Physical Assessment to determine your current fitness level and the best plan of action to get you to your goals. The second is the Athletic Performance Assessment which is designed for those enrolling in organized sports, fitness competitions, and other physical endurance events.
What You Can Expect!
We love to keep our clients apprised of all the latest wellness news and research available. Our weekly check in via phone call/ and or text provides you access to your personal coach and gives you accountability, online coaching, and nutritional direction prior to your next training session.
We are available to you anytime during office hours, which will be listed below. If something should arise that absolutely needs our attention or assistance, each client is supplied with a personal code word to send via text and/ or email. Our commitment is to do our best to get back to you within 2 hours of receipt of the message. (unless we are on an airplane to Tahiti!!!:)

We understand that FITLIFE Coaching is not always going to be a perfect FIT for everyone. If you feel this is not the desired resource for you to start or continue your journey, we will do our best to point you in a direction that is best suited for you and wish you well! No hard feelings:)
What we offer!
At FITLIFE we give you a fresh start to fitness and nutrition by offering all kinds of goodies. Here’s what comes in your basket:
1. Personalized fitness training which addresses all skill levels including balance with stabilization endurance training, core training, strength and endurance, muscle development (Hypertrophy), toning, and power training.
2. Nutritional Coaching. This means we empower you with a greater knowledge of nutritional values and insights. We work with you to determine the best system of eating for your lifestyle and help you stay on track!
3. Accountability and Friendship. We know it seems kind of “corny” to offer you friendship, but often times this is just what some of us need. Not someone screaming at you to do this and that, but someone who can walk that mile with you, coaching and encouraging you along the way!
4. We believe in building a LIFESTYLE of longevity, fitness, nutritional balance, and wellness. The ideal outcome you can expect from working with us is developing long term healthy habits that not only benefit you, but your family, work life, and future endeavors as well!
5. We believe in COMMUNITY….this is the greatest resource in our arsenal! When it comes to wellness and staying on track we have found there is no greater way then to have a TEAM to meet with, laugh with, and train with! Seasonally offer plenty of opportunities to get together with the FITLIFE Community to work and play! We also encourage group training and referrals to group events to build lasting friendships.
6. Lastly, we offer specialized training. If you are an athlete or instructor looking for next level training and development, FITLIFE makes a great partner. We have created the Instructor Experience Model (IEM), which was designed to challenge and advance athletic performance. For more information, please contact our office.
What else we offer?
Did someone say PACKAGES?! Here are some samples of our most popular Training Packages! These is a great way to try out FITLIFE coaching and they also make an excellent gift for someone needed to start their wellness journey. Each plan is a template that we customize to your specific lifestyle to maximize your training and nutritional goals.
FITLIFE 60
In this plan your Coach will schedule out two months of structural training that will encompass two (preferably) back to back sessions per week. In session 1 you will exercise for 50 minutes in 3 levels of training, starting with balance and core, then move into strength endurance and hypertrophy, and finish with resistance training and cardio. In session 2 you will focus predominantly on cardio respiratory and endurance training. Because this plan uses the consecutive training model, by clustering workouts together, our clients in turn develop a passion for health that leads to greater consistency.
The FITLIFE 60 Package starts at $40 per 50 min. training session and includes a complimentary Standard Physical Assessment, weekly coach calls, and the Accountability Nutrition Coach.
FITLIFE 90
In this plan your Coach will schedule you for 2 to 3 training sessions per week over the course of 90 (non-consecutive) days. This plan starts with a broader Stabilization level which is recommended for those returning to physical activity after a long break or those coping with injury and recovery. Like the FITLIFE 60, this package covers 3 levels of training with an added level targeting agility development.
The FITLIFE 90 Package starts at $35 per 45 min. training session and includes the Standard Physical Assessment, weekly coach calls, and Accountability Nutrition Coach. How We Play!
We offer plenty of flexibility in training with us! FITLIFE is based in Fontana California, so we service the Inland Empire, Los Angeles county, Orange County and parts of San Diego county. We can also bring the training to you by providing a home-base plan right in your own backyard, garage or neighborhood park. In light of recent events we understand not everyone is ready for in-person training. FITLIFE offers online training via Zoom to meet the needs of those preferring Virtual Training.
How We Keep The Lights On!
Our payment structure is super easy and flexible. We take it all, cash, check, credit & debit cards, money orders, personal favors:) Haaa,haaa….just kidding on that last one…just checking to see if you’re still awake after all this reading!!! We are good with Zelle, Venmo, and Apple Pay. All of our packages do require a week advanced booking fee, of which 75% will be refunded if you decide to cancel. After the initial week of on-boarding and training, all payments are pay-as-you-go and expected prior to the start of training and/ or coaching unless otherwise advised. We have plenty of free stuff to throw at you, so don’t worry about not getting your money’s worth. We love what we do, so the fees that we charge are competitive and worth it!
